How do you start mining?
Open the Mine, choose an available deposit and send a Miner to work. Come back when its timer finishes and collect the ore. Starting a job and collecting it are separate actions; check the job state before sending another Miner.
You begin with a Wooden Pickaxe. Look at the deposit's ore tier before starting. A higher tier needs both a Mine that can produce it and a pickaxe strong enough to work it. Your character level alone does not unlock the deposit.

- Open the Mine and inspect the available deposits.
- Choose a deposit your pickaxe can work, then assign a free Miner.
- Wait for the job timer to finish.
- Review any extraction fee, collect the ore and check your Ore Bag.

Which upgrade do you need?
Mine level, pickaxe tier and miner capacity solve different problems. If a higher ore tier never appears, check the Mine upgrade. If a deposit is available but your tool cannot work it, check your pickaxe. If all your Miners are busy, capacity is the upgrade to inspect.
Pickaxe upgrades have a character-level requirement and a Coin or Diamond price. Mining XP raises your Mining skill; it does not buy the next pickaxe. A stronger pickaxe still works on lower tiers and speeds up new jobs on those deposits. Jobs already running keep their timers.
| Upgrade | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Mine level | Makes higher ore tiers available, up to tier 10. |
| Pickaxe tier | Allows you to work deposits at that tier or lower. |
| Miner capacity | Lets you run more jobs at once, up to four Miners. |
03
Does collecting ore cost Diamonds?
Mine deposits in tiers 1–6 have no extraction fee. Tiers 7–10 cost Diamonds when you collect the finished job. That fee is per deposit, not per ore in its stack. Check the displayed amount before collecting.
Ore is a crafting material. Collecting it does not pay out Coins. Diamond ore is also an item in the Ore Bag; it is separate from the Diamonds balance you spend on extraction.
| Ore tier | Diamonds per completed deposit |
|---|---|
| 1–6 | 0 |
| 7 | 3 |
| 8 | 10 |
| 9 | 21 |
| 10 | 36 |
04
Can you turn spare ore into what you need?
In the Ore Bag, conversion trades five of one ore for one different ore from the same tier, plus a Coin fee. It does not turn a low-tier ore into a higher-tier one. Pick the target, check the input and price, then confirm.
For example, five Copper plus 80 Coins gives one Tin. You end with fewer ores, so use conversion when that missing material is worth more to your current plan than keeping the original stack. Check your Mine and Forge upgrade recipes first.
05
What should you craft next?
Choose the result you want first. A Forge recipe tells you the materials and cost for equipment. A Kitchen recipe lists ingredients for food with a temporary Well Fed effect. Golden Seed crafting uses your current recipe of three ores, three hunt trophies and three ingredients; crafting it rolls the next recipe.
Compare the recipe with your Ore Bag and inventory. Mine the missing ores, gather the other materials from the right activity, then return to the recipe. Save what you need before selling or converting spare items.
After crafting equipment, open Character and equip it. For food, check the effect and duration before using it. For Golden Seeds, review the Mastery branch and rank cost before spending them.

- Choose a Forge, Kitchen or Golden Seed recipe.
- List the materials you are missing and check the full currency cost.
- Gather those materials, keeping upgrade ingredients you still need.
- Craft, then equip the item or use its result in the appropriate panel.
