Terms of Use

Sol Garden ("the game", "we") is a blockchain game available at solgarden.xyz and through the Solana dApp Store. By playing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

You connect with your own Solana wallet and remain in full control of it at all times. We never hold your keys or funds. Signing in is a free message signature; any payment is a blockchain transaction that you review and approve in your own wallet, and that cannot be reversed once confirmed. Keep your keys safe: we cannot recover wallets, reverse transactions or restore funds.

Coins, Diamonds, plants, items and other in-game content are virtual game features. They are not money, deposits, investments or securities, they have no guaranteed value, and they may be changed, rebalanced or discontinued as the game evolves. Where the game reads token balances or accepts token payments, those tokens are third-party blockchain assets whose price can be volatile; nothing in the game is financial advice. You are responsible for any taxes and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

The game server is authoritative. Automating gameplay, exploiting bugs, abusing multiple accounts, or interfering with the service is prohibited, and we may limit or suspend game access for accounts that do so. Please report bugs instead of exploiting them.

The game is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from blockchain networks, wallets, tokens or third-party services we do not control.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use blockchain features, and you may not use the game where doing so is prohibited by law.
